These general terms and conditions of service together with policies relating to the service provided, as stated on the Clipily website, will provide you with information on what you can expect from Clipily’s services and forms a legal agreement between you as a customer and Clipily.

You are responsible for the images you submit to us and warrant that you have the legal authority to use them. The ownership of submitted and edited images is never transferred to Clipily. We will review submitted images for inappropriate material and reserve the right to reject any image for any reason. The returned images will be deemed accepted by you upon download, unless you contact us within seven (7) days with information of any error you have encountered with respect to the instructions you have submitted regarding the editing of the images. We will correct any errors on the images and return them to you with high priority.

We will prioritize orders based on requested delivery time and will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver your image within the time frame requested, but we do not guarantee that an order will meet its requested delivery time. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for download and you may download the images via our website. Images will be deleted from our system after fourteen (14) days after you have downloaded and accepted delivery.

An order with standard delivery time of 24 hours may be cancelled up to 1 hour from the time the order was placed. An express order with either 10 or 4 hours delivery time may be cancelled up to 30 min from the time the order was placed.

terms for payments made by credit card or credit card are regulated by the respective card issuer. If you have requested to purchase by invoice, we reserve the right to request a credit report. Collecting and processing your personal data and credit information is necessary for us to be able to process your credit request. Payment must be made to Clipily in the way that the invoice indicates or in the way that has been specifically agreed upon and must be available to Clipily no later than the due date. In case of late payment, a reminder will be sent to you. In case of further delay, a statutory collection fee will be added. Prepaid credits can be made with a debit-or credit card where the purchase is regulated by the respective card issuer. The validity of the credits are valid as long as you have an active account.

We reserve the right at any time to make changes to the services, the company’s policies and these terms and conditions. If the changes are significant, you will be notified before such change takes place. Messages under these general terms and conditions will be made available on the website or dispatched to your specified email address.

Except as required by law, in no event is Clipily or its subcontractors liable for any of the following, but not limited to: 1. loss of, or damage to, data. 2. indirect, consequential or incidental damages and losses; or lost profits, business, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings.

Clipily will not be held liable for any delays or failures in fulfilling the obligations under these provisions, if the delay or the fulfillment is caused by an event beyond our control. This provision does not affect your statutory rights.

The Laws of Sweden will govern these terms and conditions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be referred to and decided by a Swedish public court with the Stockholm District Court as the first instance.
