Clipily provides professional photo editing and creative design services. We will process your images according to your specifications and deliver the completed work within the agreed timeframe.
3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices for our services are listed on our platform. Payment is due upon order placement. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the images you upload. Clipily does not claim ownership of your content. We only use your images for the purpose of providing the requested editing services.
6. Revisions
We offer free revisions to ensure your satisfaction. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Major changes that differ significantly from the original brief may be subject to additional charges.
7. Refund Policy
If we are unable to meet your requirements after revisions, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
8. Limitation of Liability
Clipily's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
